Andria Whyte Walters
PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY
Andria is the founding Attorney at WHYTE WALTERS LAW a full service law firm in Kingston, Jamaica. A fierce and fearless Advocate, her approach to law is guided by her personal motto; “A Voice for the Voiceless, A Shield for the Defenceless, An Advocate for ALL”. Andria has appeared in several Courts in Jamaica, namely the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Parish Courts.
NAOMI COLEMAN
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
Naomi has over 7 years’ experience in providing legal, administrative and customer service support to law firms in a wide range of legal matters. She oversees the day-to- day administrative operations of the firm, including billing, managing resources and budgets, providing case management support to the Attorneys, and implementing best practices to ensure that our clients receive the highest-quality legal representation.
Naomi is currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Business Administration.
MS. DANIELLA ROSE
LEGAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Daniella mainly assist the Principal Attorney in conceptualizing, implementing, reviewing and updating the Firm’s internal systems, policies and procedures to ensure that they are compliant with all organizational, legal and regulatory requirements. She also identifies risks and monitors compliance issues, in order to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness to you, in addition to providing paralegal support.
Ms. Rose holds a Masters in International Business and Commercial Law, a Masters in International Development Management and a Bachelor of Laws with honours. Her addition to the team will enhance our efficiency and effectiveness to ensure high productivity and client/staff satisfaction.
MS. LEAH SALMON
PARALEGAL
Leah is responsible for drafting all legal documents, assisting with case planning, development, and management, legal research, discussing case details with the Attorneys and clients and organizing case files. She also provides administrative to ensure the effective operations of the Firm’s activities.
Leah is a final year student at the University of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management.
SHANEEZE HENRY
Legal Intern
Shaneeze Henry attended the University of the West Indies where she obtained a bachelor of Laws degree. She has worked and served at various law firms conducting research, legal document drafting and providing legal opinions. She has served in the capacity of a legal assistant and a legal intern and has completed her studies as a law student at the Norman Manley Law school. She will sit the bar at the end of 2024. She is also a part of the Students’ Association where she serves in the capacity of their treasurer. Ms. Henry is now the legal intern at WHYTE WALTERS LAW where she oversees our client files digitization and data management, conducts legal research and overseas our social media management.
